Hey!

I’m Stephanie Ciambella

Our family pronounces it Shim-BELL-uh

I could easily say my career as a life coach has been decades in the making.

I’ve been fascinated with personal development since I was a pre-teen. Losing my mom in a car accident when I was 11, I started seeking out an understanding of the purpose of life and how to make life feel easier. I’ve always devoured information and I can easily spend hours having a deep conversation about the meaning of life and how we experience it. My curiosities have led me to explore different cultures, languages, philosophies, and world-views. I indulge in gathering information about how to become happier, healthier, more successful.

With each new obstacle I’ve faced in life - and oh there’s been plenty! - I’ve been determined to come out on top.

In my early thirties, life seemed to throw nonstop chaos at me. I lost a second parent and a beloved pet, had back-to-back pregnancies, was overworked in an emotionally-draining career, and navigated health problems for myself, my husband, and my children. I certainly felt overwhelmed, but I got curious, I got resourceful, and I asked questions. I chose to believe that it was worth it to pursue a life worth living - a life with grief and joy, a life with love for others and self, and a life filled with purpose. So I did.

Now, as a life coach, I combine my professional training with what I learned through my own experiences in order to help you navigate the obstacles in your life and design a life you love!

As a Certified Life Coach, I’m trained in techniques that support and guide you through various challenges:

  • career changes

  • weight loss

  • life transitions

  • running a business

  • parenting and relationships

  • stepping into a new role or

  • finding peace in your current role

I’m here to help you create more satisfaction, fulfillment, and meaning in your life.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me…

  • Reading something or listening to Blinkist or podcasts - collecting information and stories!

  • Having kitchen dance parties or snuggle time with my kids

  • Rocking out to Third Eye Blind with my husband

  • Saying words of affirmation to my Labradoodle - well, she IS wonderful!

  • Deciding what flowering plant to add to my garden

  • Secretly planning a getaway with me, myself, and I - #introvertmom

I believe…

  • Knowledge is power

  • A good night’s sleep is self love

  • Investing in my health and well-being is invaluable

  • We are not on Earth to break and stay broken

  • If you aren’t happy, do something about it

  • There’s beauty in everything if you take notice

I’m not about…

  • Small Talk - let’s go deep!

  • Burning the candle from both ends

  • Complaining or blaming others for our problems

  • Deception - I hate candid camera shows!

  • Making unrealistic goals that set up disappointment

Feeling a connection? Let’s meet!
